Donald Dobkin, Esq. (don@hilglaw.com) is Of Counsel to the firm with 30 years experience in the field of medical immigration with special expertise in exceptional and extraordinary aliens. From 1979-2004, Mr. Dobkin was President and founding member of Dobkin & Associates, Michigan's largest immigration firm. Mr. Dobkin holds law degrees from the Univ. of Windsor (LL.B.) and Northwestern Univ. (LL.M.).
