Appointment System:
Depending on the consultation chosen, Mr. Heller will do his best to help you understand your situation and answer your question/s, and, if time permits, map out a real and workable immigration strategy or solution for you.
If a situation, legal or factual, is complex, we generally advise making an in-office consult appointment ($280) or, if not local, we ask that you book a $75 telephone consult.
Please note that these consultations are absolutely confidential, but they do not create an attorney-client relationship.
- Telephone Consult – $75.00
- Substantive & Strategic discussion. Duration: Approximate limit – 15 minutes.
- In-Office Consult – 60 min. – $280.00
- In-Office consultations are substantive & strategic and include a full review of documents, case files and immigration history. They are confidential, but do not create an attorney-client relationship.
